Meli Miniki. Design my life.
Volkswagen Financial Services (FSAG) was developing a digital solution that would allow existing customers to renew their car and credit plan before the car depreciates, enabling them to use the current car's value as a down payment for a new one.
As Lead UX/UI Designer, I collaborated with the core team to develop an innovative, responsive, and scalable platform that allowed customers to renew their car and credit plans before depreciation, using the current car value as a downpayment for a new one.
