UI Lead Designer (12.2015 - 02.2016)

Rocket Internet aimed to develop and launch a user-centric delivery service for Burger King across all platforms (iOS, Android, and responsive web) within a tight 3-month timeframe. As the Lead Designer, I spearheaded the entire design process, collaborating closely with product managers, product owners, and software engineers to ensure a seamless design-to-development workflow.

Key Contributions:
• Led the UX/UI and visual design for mobile and web platforms.
• Managed the design workflow from initial concept to QA and implementation.
• Worked cross-functionally to create an intuitive, user-friendly interface that enhanced the food ordering experience.

Outcome:
The product was successfully launched within the set timeframe, rapidly gaining traction and allowing an expanded delivery range in Berlin. The delivery service remains active and continues to support Burger King's digital presence.
