As an expert in UX/UI for the Mercedes-Benz mobile app, I focus on delivering user-centered experiences, particularly for electric vehicles, ensuring seamless integration with in-vehicle systems for a luxurious and cohesive journey. I lead the UX redesign of the app, optimizing user flows and features based on customer feedback and business objectives. Additionally, I manage the development of AI tools to streamline design workflows, facilitate innovation workshops, and present insights to align stakeholders with strategic goals. My work includes contributing to the design system and ensuring smooth collaboration from design and stakeholders to development.
